Right Price Exhausts in Slacks Creek, Logan is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant for our busy workshop. This is a full-time, onsite position.

This dynamic role offers a variety of tasks daily. You will serve as the initial contact for customers, delivering excellent service while assisting them in selecting appropriate exhaust and automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers both in person and via telephone.
• Generating quotes and scheduling vehicle appointments.
• Offering guidance on exhaust and automotive products and services.
• Handling customer inquiries and following up on quotations.
• Processing payments and maintaining precise records.
• Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

About You:

• Essential: Strong understanding of vehicles and a genuine interest in the automotive sector.
• Essential: Prior experience in customer service and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with computers and capable of learning workshop management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and a cooperative team member with a positive outlook.
