We are seeking creative individuals who are passionate about customer service and style to join our team at our Perth CBD Showroom.

As a Stylist, your responsibilities will include:

• Measuring clients to ensure a perfect fit for both menswear and womenswear.
• Assisting clients in garment design, guiding them through hundreds of customisation options and premium fabrics.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintaining your customer database to ensure timely follow-up with sales enquiries and leads.
• Delivering a premium customer experience to all InStitchu clients.
• Supporting daily operations for the smooth running of the showroom.
• Assisting with all showroom initiatives and events.

About You:

• Previous experience in a premium fashion retail environment is preferable, but not essential.
• An interest in style, design, and product quality.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude, personality, energy, and charisma.
• A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Strong people and communication skills, including in-person, email, and telephone.
