Your Purpose: Serve as our Maison's foremost ambassador, engaging with each client and guiding them through our heritage, creative directors, codes, products, and new seasonal collections. You will harness the magic of DIOR to cultivate client loyalty through the quality of your welcome, your capacity to build rapport, and your understanding of client needs. In doing so, you will continually expand your sales and client base.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be enthusiastic in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Have experience building relationships and influencing client brand loyalty.
• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Be a team player who is self-motivated and well-organised.
• Have high levels of resilience and be able to work under pressure and at pace.
• Be passionate about fashion and people.
• Be a role model for DIOR, your colleagues, and clients.

We currently have a temporary Full-Time opportunity at our Melbourne David Jones Boutique.
