Diamond Lab Boutique is seeking individuals for both part-time and full-time Sales Associate roles, with Key Holder responsibilities.

At Diamond Lab Boutique, the creation of jewellery is central to our operation. We are a premium jewellery boutique specialising in engagement rings, lab-grown diamonds, and bespoke fine jewellery. All pieces are designed and manufactured in-house, with expert teams overseeing every stage from CAD design to the finished product. This integrated approach provides our clients with a significant level of customisation and flexibility.

About the Role This position extends beyond typical retail sales. You will assist clients with significant purchases, collaborating with our in-house CAD designers to craft their ideal pieces. As a Key Holder, you will also contribute to the daily operations of the store and set an example for others.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Open and close the store as a trusted Key Holder.
• Guide clients through engagement ring and bespoke jewellery consultations.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Assist with stock control and day-to-day operations.

About You

• Previous jewellery or premium retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Professional, organised, and customer-focused.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Available to work weekends and late-night trading.
