About the Role As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities include delivering outstanding hospitality and driving a positive customer experience, while supporting daily operations and achieving individual sales goals.

Sales & Hospitality

• Utilise our Guide Sales Process to match customers with appropriate bikes, gear, and services.
• Develop sales and customer service skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
• Employ Lead Lists to maintain customer engagement and drive sales.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to ensure team alignment.
• Make customer-centric decisions and act with integrity to foster positive experiences.
• Respond to phone calls and store emails with professionalism and helpfulness.
• Assist with UBG/Warranty cases, supporting customers, documenting exchanges, and coordinating with the Inventory DRI.
• Saturday work is required.

Product Knowledge

• Acquire knowledge of Trek bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required learning modules and continuing education.

Store Operations

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Operate the Ascend POS system and complete end-of-day cash-up.
• Execute responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Wear the Trek uniform and maintain Trek's professional presentation standards.

When Not Assisting Customers, You Will:

• Complete the Daily Task List.
• Maintain product displays and merchandising according to Visual Merchandising Directives, including product placement, price auditing, and restocking.
• Perform weekly Cycle Counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assemble or pre-assemble new bikes and assist in preparing customer bikes for service.
• Ensure the showroom and back-of-house areas are clean, organised, and efficient.
