Housed Australia is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking Sales Consultants to drive sales and performance for our Penrith location. We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for sales and relationship building, who will contribute to the culture and growth of our clubs. We aim to find individuals looking to build long-term careers and grow with our brand.

About Housed Australia: Housed Australia is a newly established, comprehensive fitness destination. We offer spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, and basketball courts.

The Role: As a Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively generating and nurturing leads through various channels.
• Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours, and communicating membership promotions and pricing to potential members.
• Accurately recording and processing sales and member information on our CRM.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members, providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS, or in person at the club.
• Collaborating with our teams to execute sales and promotions in the club, and providing feedback to refine strategies.

Personal Skills & Attributes:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and amenities is a must.
• A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to assist individuals from diverse backgrounds in starting their fitness journey.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.
• Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
