Sales Consultant - Full Time

Highgrove Bathrooms, established in 2004, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant for a full-time, permanent position at our East Brisbane location. We are a trusted supplier to tradespeople, builders, renovators, and interior designers, committed to delivering quality products and customer service. This is a hands-on retail role encompassing showroom sales, customer service, stock handling, and general store operations. Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service.
• Assisting customers with product selection and showroom sales.
• Offering product and design advice where appropriate.
• Processing sales and customer orders using POS systems.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Assisting with stock handling, transfers, and order preparation.
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Supporting general warehouse and store operations.
• Handling customer enquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with computer systems and POS software.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a busy retail environment.
• Availability to work Saturdays as part of a roster.

Experience or an interest in interiors, renovation, or bathroom products will be highly regarded.

Physical Requirements: This role involves showroom and warehouse duties, including regular standing, walking, and manual handling tasks. Safely lifting and moving products up to 15–20kg will be required. Reasonable adjustments will be considered in line with applicable workplace and anti-discrimination legislation.
