HR Staff n' Stuff is seeking a Part-time Sales Consultant for their Essendon location. This is an onsite role.

The Opportunity: Join our Essendon team as a Part-time Sales Consultant. This role offers a generous salary and commission structure, along with the chance to become part of an established brand that provides ongoing support and training.

Hours of Work: This is a part-time position requiring work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and styling advice.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales objectives.
• Undertake visual merchandising and display creation.
• Perform general store duties, including housekeeping, paperwork, and stock receipting.

About You:

• A proven work history in customer service and sales. Furniture sales experience is desirable.
• Possess commercial acumen, trustworthiness, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Present as well-groomed, naturally engaging, and have an awareness of interior design.
• Demonstrate pride in maintaining showroom-quality standards.
