We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Consultant to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will be a collaborative and motivated individual with a passion for retail, design, and sustainability. This role operates on a Thursday to Monday roster.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level, friendly, and professional service that represents the brand.
• Establish and grow retail and B2B sales to achieve personal and team objectives.
• Provide genuine client consultations, including briefing, product and material specification, and spatial planning.
• Organise showroom visits and client presentations.
• Manage, maintain, and build a sales pipeline to contribute to individual and team targets.
• Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with retail and trade clients.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Undertake administrative tasks, including emails, client enquiries, quoting, phone calls, and order processing.
• Manage and report via the in-house CRM system, ensuring all sales and client activity is logged.
• Maintain the showroom according to Visual Merchandising presentation guidelines.
• Stay informed about market trends, broader industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Champion new initiatives to enhance the business and drive sales growth.
• Assist with stock management.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a sales consultant within the design industry.
• Relevant work history in a similar role.
• Strong service skills and a client-centric motivation.
• Availability to adapt to required rostered shifts.
• A high level of organisation and excellent communication skills.
• Qualifications in Interior Design or Furniture would be advantageous.
