About Us Dreamland, established in 1978, is South Australia's foremost independent bedding retailer. Our mission is to enhance the sleep experience for South Australians through excellent service. With a new store opening, we are seeking talented sales professionals to join our growing team.

About the Role This casual position as a Bedding Sales Consultant involves delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our range of quality bedding products. Your responsibilities will include customer assistance, sales processing, and maintaining a presentable retail space. Opportunities are available at our Mile End, Marion, and Gepps Cross locations in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist customers to understand their bedding requirements and preferences.
• Showcase product features and benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions efficiently.
• Ensure product displays and the store environment are well-maintained.
• Focus on achieving sales targets, while also providing feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required.
• Must possess sales-focused retail experience with a proven ability to achieve sales outcomes.
• Bedding or furniture sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective customer engagement and service delivery.
• A meticulous approach to detail and a passion for creating attractive product displays.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• A positive, friendly, and helpful demeanour, with a genuine commitment to customer assistance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed (specific days can be arranged).

Salary: $33 – $45 per hour + Bonus Work Type: Casual Location: Onsite, Mile End (also Marion and Gepps Cross)
