Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated individual to join the established, high-performing Five Dock team. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, aiming to develop expertise in trade tools. What You'll Do
- Provide Expert Advice and Drive Sales: Assist customers in-store and over the phone, offering expert product advice and actively promoting deals, promotions, and value-add upsells.
- Master Sales Systems: Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Training will be provided.
- Maintain a Best-in-Class Store Environment: Take ownership of workspace presentation, execute stock merchandising, and keep the showroom clean and organised.
- Continuously Build Expertise: Participate in ongoing training programs to expand product knowledge and refine sales skills.
- Enjoy a Stable Roster: Work a reliable 5/6 day fortnightly roster, including a Saturday or Sunday weekly.
