About You You are a driven, high-performance leader with a passion for empowering teams and achieving significant results. You possess the following attributes:

• A polished professional and natural leader.
• Proven experience in driving performance, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cultivating a successful team culture.
• Ability to monitor and adjust sales performance.
• Proficient in upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.
• A strong focus on customer experience and developing loyal brand advocates.
• Agile and adaptable, capable of succeeding in a dynamic retail setting.
• Available to work a fixed roster: Tuesday to Saturday.
