3C Consulting Group is seeking a Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join a well-established business in the residential and commercial construction sector. This organisation partners with leading developers across Victoria, delivering comprehensive fit-outs for homes and buildings, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and appliances. The role operates within a fast-paced, project-driven environment where relationships, accuracy, and timing are crucial.
This position bridges sales administration, supplier coordination, and junior account management. It is suited for an individual who thrives on direct supplier engagement, phone communication, and negotiating pricing to achieve better commercial outcomes on bulk and project-based work. A significant aspect of the role involves daily vendor interaction to secure pricing, maintain accurate price lists, and ensure agreed rates are correctly reflected across systems and customer proposals. You will also be responsible for entering and tracking projects in the CRM and supporting forecasting activities to inform purchasing decisions and strengthen supplier agreements. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for a practical, switched-on, and relationship-driven individual capable of effective communication and achieving results.

Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with suppliers to request pricing, verify availability, and negotiate improved commercial terms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply for projects.
- Compare supplier quotes and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure optimal value.
- Maintain and update internal pricing lists to guarantee accuracy across all products and suppliers.
- Keep CRM records accurate, including supplier activity, pricing updates, and project progress.
- Monitor market pricing trends and report opportunities to enhance margins or commercial outcomes.
- Utilise upcoming project and pipeline information to forecast demand and support bulk pricing negotiations.
- Enter, register, and track new projects in the CRM for accurate visibility of sales activity.
- Ensure all agreed pricing is correctly reflected in quotes, systems, and customer documentation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
- Provide general sales administration support, including quotes, proposals, and order processing.
- Assist with the onboarding of new suppliers and provide support for product information and training materials as needed.
- Offer general administrative support, including reporting, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination tasks.
About You:
- Exposure to supplier negotiation, pricing strategy, and project-based commercial operations is highly advantageous.
- Commercially minded with confidence in negotiating with suppliers to secure pricing and build strong relationships.
- Experience in sales support, procurement, coordination, or a similar fast-paced commercial administration role.
- A strong communicator who builds rapport easily and knows when to be firm to drive outcomes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail concerning pricing, data, and documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, hands-on team player who takes ownership and contributes to tangible business outcomes.
