Sales Support / Customer Service Administrator
Private Advertiser is seeking an administrative professional to join our team in Kilsyth South. This part-time, on-site role offers a salary of $32 – $36 per hour.
Due to sustained company growth, we are looking for an administrative lynchpin to support our internal team. You will liaise directly with all stakeholders to ensure desired outcomes while adhering to the accreditation requirements of the company. You will develop strong relationships with the internal team, off-site teams, and customers for the purposes of delivering strong, clear outcomes, including co-ordinating the preparation of ad-hoc and project orders, sales invoicing, stock tracking, scheduling, and EOM support.
Duties for the role include:
- Sales Orders
- Sales invoicing upon approval
- Assisting with co-ordination of deliveries and liaising with the warehouse
- Purchasing & order tracking
- Stock administration tracking and support to EOM stocktake reporting
- Monthly credit card expense reporting
- Assistance with EOM reporting
- Admin support to the internal team
- Maintain office supply levels
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You Customer service/internal sales experience from within a trade-based environment is considered highly desirable, such as HVAC, building products, construction, industrial machinery, mining, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy skills – MS Office Suite
- Pro-active approach to learning, problem solving, and collaboration
- Good verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and multi-tasking ability
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Current driver’s licence
- Exposure to accounting/ERP software is desirable, but not required

The Role
