The Opportunity: As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be central to the Moncler experience. This is a full-time permanent role. You will work with a passionate team, playing a key role in achieving individual and store sales targets, while contributing to the overall operations of the store. We are looking for a senior luxury retail specialist with experience, knowledge, and creativity to create an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales, and maintain lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through their Moncler journey, including after-sales care and clientelling.
• Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Uphold Moncler’s visual standards on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with the stockroom to ensure seamless store operations, including stock movement and replenishment.
• Be an active, positive team player, bringing enthusiasm, energy, and pride to every shift.

Who You Are:

• An experienced luxury retail professional with at least 3 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment.
• Experience working within a structured luxury retail brand, with demonstrated success in achieving set targets and KPIs.
• A confident mentor and role model, with experience supporting and guiding team members.
• Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset.
• Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and its values.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus.
