In this role, you will be central to our operations, ensuring jobs progress, customers are updated, and teams remain coordinated. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries received by phone and email.
- Manage all inbound and outbound inquiries, including the oversight of shared inboxes.
- Provide customers with clear updates, timelines, and resolutions.
- Oversee the coordination of service jobs from initial inquiry to finalisation.
- Utilise a ticketing system for managing and tracking service tickets.
- Generate and manage service jobs and sales orders within the CRM system.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure efficient workflow across all systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, service coordination, or customer service.
- Prior experience within a service department or service-oriented environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident skills in communication and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Freshdesk, or comparable platforms is highly regarded.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accurate work.
