Job Description

Service Coordinator - Creek to Coast Plumbing

Creek to Coast Plumbing, a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Morayfield. We specialise in plumbing services across Moreton Bay, North Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast, building our reputation on honest communication, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We are committed to innovation, investing in technology, systems, and our people.

This full-time, onsite role is central to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, customers, and plumbing team. You will be the initial point of contact for many customers, manage plumber scheduling throughout the day, liaise with suppliers and property managers, and uphold our high service standards for every job. The role offers variety, with days ranging from smoothly executed plans to juggling changing schedules, urgent tasks, supplier delays, and unexpected challenges. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of our business's engine room, supporting technicians, coordinating jobs, and ensuring clients feel valued from initial contact to final invoice. You will be valued, supported, and trusted to own your work, as part of a collaborative team.

About You:

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail.
  • Is naturally organised and enjoys forward planning.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally.
  • Enjoys assisting others.
  • Is comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
  • Can manage multiple priorities.
  • Remains calm when plans shift.
  • Takes pride in thorough execution.
  • Enjoys working within a close-knit team.

Experience in scheduling, problem-solving, and keeping a business operational is required. Experience within a trade or construction environment, or exposure to ServiceM8, is a bonus but not essential, as full training will be provided. We require someone adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of mastering new systems with support.

You will align with our company values, demonstrating:

  • A genuine customer-first mindset.
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
  • Initiative and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • A team-oriented attitude.
  • The ability to work autonomously while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

This role is suited for someone who appreciates structure and systems, enjoys supporting a busy operations team, and thrives within a down-to-earth, high-performing trade business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming customer enquiries.
  • Scheduling and coordinating the plumbing team.
  • Providing ongoing customer updates throughout the day.
  • Collaborating with property managers, commercial clients, and suppliers.
  • Managing ServiceM8 workflows.
  • Assisting with Xero administration and general office duties.
  • Coordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Contributing to the improvement of office systems and processes.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Why Join Creek to Coast Plumbing?

We are seeking someone who wants to become an important part of our business. You will receive support as you learn, be encouraged to share your ideas, and have opportunities for skill development as the business expands. If you are looking for a role where you will be trusted, appreciated, and appropriately challenged, we encourage you to apply.

Please submit your résumé along with a short cover letter, which forms part of your application.

Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and the value you bring to our team.
