Service Coordinator/ Scheduler

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team at our Smithfield location. The primary function of this position is to manage the schedules of our technicians, handle incoming service requests, and ensure efficient job completion while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and coordinating daily repair and maintenance appointments for field technicians.
- Communicating with customers, strata managers, builders, and suppliers via phone and email.
- Managing technician diaries and optimising schedules for maximum productivity.
- Monitoring job progress and informing customers and technicians of any schedule changes.
- Preparing work orders and ensuring technicians possess the necessary job information.
- Maintaining accurate records within our job management system.
- Assisting with customer enquiries, quotations, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, or a comparable role.
- Experience with Simpro or a similar system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Confidence in using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per year. Work type: Full-time. Location: Smithfield. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Work type: Onsite.
