We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health Care Trainer for a sessional role. This position offers flexibility to align with your existing commitments and the opportunity to share your expertise with learners across Queensland, with potential for national travel.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in areas including first aid, manual handling, health and hygiene, facilities cleaning, and food safety.
- Provide support to learners from diverse backgrounds, encompassing both new and experienced workers.
- Integrate industry insights into training sessions to foster practical, job-ready learning experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and the learner experience.
Requirements:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent qualification.
- Recent hands-on experience within the health care sector.
- A current driver's licence and a willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and digital facilitation.
- A genuine enthusiasm for education, professional development, and lifelong learning.
- Successful completion of a NDIS Worker Screening Check and the NDIS Orientation Module Certificate will be required; guidance will be provided.
