About the Role

In this role, you will cultivate robust customer relationships through direct showroom engagement. This involves showcasing product knowledge and equipment, aiming to elevate sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring positive customer interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service with a sales-oriented approach.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aidacare's products and services to enrich customer experiences.
• Assist customers with precise and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to foster repeat business.
• Manage showroom inventory and maintain its presentation as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred, though not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems for managing customer interactions and records.
• Ability to maintain composure in a dynamic work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo relevant checks (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check) due to client interaction.
