Aidacare is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Showroom Consultant in Bendigo. This full-time, permanent, on-site position is an entry to mid-level opportunity with multiple positions available. You will report to the Branch Manager.

About the Role In this capacity, you will cultivate robust customer connections through direct showroom engagement, showcasing product knowledge and equipment. Your efforts will aim to elevate sales and customer satisfaction by collaborating with customers and ensuring a positive interaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver outstanding customer service with a sales-oriented approach.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aidacare's products and services, leveraging this expertise to enrich the customer experience.
• Support customers with precise and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to foster ongoing business.
• Manage showroom inventory and presentation as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred, though not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
• Capacity to maintain composure in a dynamic work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo relevant checks (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check) due to client interactions.
