About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant, you will cultivate robust customer relationships through direct engagement within our showroom. This involves showcasing product knowledge and equipment effectively. Your efforts will contribute to increased sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service with a sales-oriented approach.
• Address customer questions and concerns efficiently.
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to enrich the customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to foster repeat business.
• Manage showroom inventory and presentation as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems for managing customer interactions and records.
• Ability to maintain composure in a dynamic work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to obtain relevant checks (e.g., Police checks, NDIS Worker Screening check) due to client interaction.

Preferred Experience

• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred, but not essential.

Hours

• Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent.
