Role Details

• Title: Showroom Consultant
• Location: Mackay, Queensland, Australia
• Work Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Hours: Monday – Friday
• Reporting To: Branch Manager
• Role Level: Entry - Mid

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver outstanding customer service with a sales-oriented focus.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Aidacare's products and services to enrich the customer experience.
• Facilitate accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to foster repeat business.
• Manage showroom inventory and presentation as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Essential to possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems for managing customer interactions and records.
• Ability to maintain composure in a dynamic work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo necessary checks (e.g., Police checks, NDIS Worker Screening check) due to client interaction.
