Aidacare is seeking a Showroom Consultant for our Sale, Victoria location. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position.

About the Role This role involves fostering robust customer connections through direct showroom engagement. You will showcase product knowledge and equipment, aiming to elevate sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring positive client interactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional, sales-oriented service.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Aidacare's products and services to enrich customer experiences.
• Facilitate accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to foster repeat business.
• Manage showroom inventory and presentation as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred, though not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for managing customer interactions and records.
• Capacity to maintain composure in a dynamic work environment and under pressure.
• Preparedness to undertake necessary client-facing checks (e.g., Police checks, NDIS Worker Screening check).
