Aidacare is seeking a Showroom Consultant to join our team in Wanneroo. This role involves building strong customer relationships through direct interaction within our showroom. You will demonstrate product knowledge and equipment, aiming to increase sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service with a sales-focused approach.
• Efficiently resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aidacare products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in navigating computer systems for customer interaction and record management.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to provide or obtain relevant checks (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check) due to client interaction.
• Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred but not essential.
