About the Role:

Kinsman is looking for a casual Showroom Consultant to join our team. This role is central to the customer's journey, where your exceptional customer engagement skills will be imperative.

• Greet customers and provide a warm, engaging showroom experience.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with a focus on the customer's vision.
• Work within a 7-day roster.
• Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is organised and welcoming.
• Note: No design work is involved; customers will receive design support from other team members.

About You:

• A customer-centric approach.
• Professional presentation and demeanour.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening abilities.
• Experience in approaching customers in a retail setting.
• Must be available to work a 7-day roster.
• Previous retail experience would be an advantage.
