This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a new Showroom Experience Specialist to join the team.

Showroom Experience @ Sleeping Duck

Our Prahran showroom is a vibrant, unique, and one-of-a-kind space that serves as a purposefully designed showroom, not just a retail store. Customers embark on a journey through the Sleeping Duck story, and as a Showroom Experience Specialist, you will set the tone, guiding them through a tailored experience from learning about our origins to trying our world-class mattresses. The focus is on the quality of the experience and genuine connection, rather than solely closing a sale.

What's the role all about?

We are seeking a permanent part-time team member, available for 12-20 hours per week, primarily working both weekend days and weekdays as required. Upon joining, you will receive extensive training from our experienced team on the Sleeping Duck approach within a fun, passionate, and energetic environment.
