We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team in Ringwood. This role presents a significant opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and design, eager to learn, develop, and establish a fulfilling career within a growing organisation.

The Role Our Sales Consultants collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, offer expert product insights, and assist them in their product selections. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers upon their arrival at the Showroom.
• Providing expert product knowledge, covering features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.
• Guiding customers through the complete sales process, including generating quotes, coordinating delivery, and managing returns or exchanges as needed.
• Developing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline, and following up on leads via phone, email, or site visits.
• Demonstrating an understanding of and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Ensuring the Showroom environment remains clean and organised.
• Cultivating productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

About You We are seeking an individual with a strong drive to achieve sales growth and surpass targets. A genuine interest in and familiarity with bathware and/or kitchen products, along with an inherent aptitude for interior design concepts, would be advantageous.
