Altrad Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Administrator for a full-time, onsite position in Alkimos, Western Australia. This role operates on a 6:1 work pattern.

This role provides essential support across site operations, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of project administration, safety, document control, workforce coordination, and reporting functions. You will work closely with site leadership and a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the efficient, safe, and compliant execution of works.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site administration, including data entry, document control, filing, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate workforce logistics, including rosters, flight bookings, and camp accommodation.
- Process and maintain personnel and equipment timesheets, payroll, and SAP data entry.
- Prepare and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly project reports.
- Provide administrative support to site personnel and assist with project requirements as needed.
- Maintain site communications, notice boards, and project records.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with project, client, and legislative requirements.
About You:
You are an organised, proactive, and results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys contributing to meaningful outcomes.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar administration role.
- Previous experience in working in an engineering or contracting environment.
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and with a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Experience working within a multi-cultural workforce is preferred.
