Join FHMRI Sleep Health, a research-led clinical team dedicated to advancing sleep health services and research. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential daily administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the smooth operation of the AISH Sleep Health Clinic and ensuring a positive patient experience. This role integrates patient-facing service, clinical administration, and research support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to clinical, academic, and research staff.
• Manage patient administration processes, including appointments, referrals, waitlists, and communications.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical and research records in line with relevant standards.
• Support clinic operations and research activities through documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

This position contributes to the University's strategic plan, "Changing 10 million Lives, Everyone Matters, by 2035," by supporting high-quality clinical research and patient-centred sleep health services that improve community health outcomes.

About You: You are a highly organised and proactive administrative professional with experience supporting clinical, research, or healthcare environments. You are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred service and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. You possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, thrive in collaborative environments, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

You will demonstrate:

• Experience in clinical or healthcare administration, including patient coordination, scheduling, and record management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders.
• A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
