Norris Hair & Beauty, a growing wholesale hair and beauty company, seeks an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our Coffs Harbour team. This onsite, part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with hairdressing experience who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As the friendly presence at our Coffs Harbour store, you will support hair and beauty customers with orders, product inquiries, and daily assistance. You will be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys its work, with no two days being the same.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts.
• Undertake merchandising, monitor stock levels, and place orders.
• Contribute to a positive, fun, and team-focused workplace culture.

Requirements

• Hairdressing experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a great sense of humour.
