ICC EDUCATION is seeking passionate individuals to inspire the next generation through STEM. If you have a love for technology, innovation, and working with people, and seek a role with daily variety, ICC STEM offers the chance to teach, inspire, organise events, support competitions, build school partnerships, and contribute to the growth of an innovative Australian STEM education organisation.

This position extends beyond a traditional teaching role. Depending on your skills, experience, and career interests, you may progress along a STEM Education pathway or a School Partnerships & Innovation pathway.

About ICC STEM ICC STEM specialises in innovative STEM education, delivering engaging programs in Drone Education, Coding, and Emerging Technologies. We conduct hands-on STEM programs across a growing network of schools, education organisations, and community partners throughout Sydney. Our students have represented Australia in international Drone Soccer competitions, and ICC STEM continues to expand through national competitions, international collaborations, STEM events, and industry partnerships. As we grow, we are looking for talented individuals who wish to grow with us.

Career Pathways

1. STEM Educator

This pathway is suited for applicants who enjoy teaching and inspiring students. Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering engaging STEM lessons and workshops
• Teaching Drone Education and technology programs
• Coaching students preparing for STEM competitions
• Supporting holiday programs and special STEM events
• Inspiring students through hands-on learning experiences

1. School Partnerships & Innovation

This pathway is suited for applicants who enjoy communication, relationship building, and project coordination. Responsibilities may include:

• Developing relationships with schools and education partners
• Supporting education exhibitions, STEM events, and competitions
• Assisting with marketing and social media initiatives
• Coordinating school programs and community engagement
• Preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership materials
• Supporting new projects and strategic initiatives as ICC STEM grows

Training will be provided across both pathways.
