Stock Controller New Town Toyota East Victoria Park Full-time, Onsite

New Town Toyota is expanding and seeks an organised, detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. This position is suited for an individual who thrives in administrative tasks, coordination, and collaboration with various departments within a dynamic automotive setting. The role is crucial for facilitating seamless vehicle movement, precise stock oversight, and prompt vehicle delivery throughout the dealership network.

Hours of Work This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete monthly vehicle ordering process.
• Manage vehicle stock allocation and availability across dealerships.
• Source and arrange dealer swaps according to business needs.
• Process incoming vehicle stock and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with Sales and Pre-Delivery teams concerning vehicle status and release.
• Monitor demonstration vehicles, including their servicing, recalls, registrations, and compliance.
• Generate regular stock and performance reports for management.
• Review pending finance agreements to aid in timely vehicle delivery.
• Participate in monthly build priority meetings and support new model introductions.
• Provide administrative and vehicle licencing support as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in administration and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competency with computers and the ability to learn dealership systems.
• TUNE experience is desirable but not essential.
• A current Australian driver's licence is required.
