ASICS Retail is expanding, and we are seeking an analytical and proactive Stock Lead to join our Harbour Town Adelaide team. To realise this vision, our Stock Lead is crucial for ensuring floor stock is well-presented and replenished, and that stock levels are accurate and optimised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish floor stock to ensure the full size offering is presented on the retail floor.
• Maintain the footwear and apparel storeroom to ensure products are organised and easily accessible for replenishment.
• Conduct weekly spot checks on stock on hand for top-selling products.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to order popular stock, preventing stockouts of high-turnover items.
• Maintain records for all deliveries, including consignment notes, pallet details, carton counts, driver information, and photographic evidence of deliveries and any discrepancies.
• Address receipting issues with the Merchandising Manager at Head Office, covering missing stock, short deliveries from Star Track, incorrect products in boxes, mislabelled items, discrepancies from returned stock, and transfers from other stores.
• Process faulty, damaged, or misfit product on a monthly basis.
• Ensure pricing on the retail floor aligns with Head Office pricing.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports under the guidance of the Store Manager.
• Complete and participate in stocktakes.
• Assist with stocktakes at other stores as needed.
• Plan with the management team regarding seasonal trends to inform stock ordering and strategy development.

About You:

• Previous experience in retail stock management and leadership/management in a similar capacity.
• Experience coordinating the ordering of popular stock.
• A track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent presentation, strong sales acumen, and effective communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• The capacity to remain positive and motivated in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday) is essential.
• Previous experience in completing and leading store stocktakes is required.
