Levi Strauss (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and organised Stock Lead to join our Levi’s® Gold Coast Outlet store in Biggera Waters. This is a full-time, onsite position.

As a Stock Lead with Levi's®, you will be driven to achieve operational and sales targets and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven retail experience
• Experience in stock management and handling processes
• A 'can-do' attitude
• A passion for delivering a genuine sales experience
• An individual flair for fashion and styling
• Visual merchandise experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stock handling processes, including processing and unpacking deliveries, store to store transfers, replenishment, markdowns, and inventory management.
• Implement a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Support stock-related KPIs and partner with the Store Manager to action improvements.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Process sales whilst complying with cash handling guidelines.
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance by adhering to visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
