adidas is seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist for its Fountain Gate Originals Concept Store. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Responsibilities: Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:

• Supporting daily stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to ensure a premium consumer experience.
• Providing feedback to the store management team on necessary resources to meet all stockroom operational requirements and maintain a premium stockroom model.
• Representing the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful manner.
• Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store's back-of-house operations, proposing ideas and solutions for a world-class factory outlet experience.
• Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supporting the store management team by providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience Highly Regarded:

• Retail Team Leader experience with men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
• Experience with stockroom procedures.
