The Role A part-time Storage Consultant position is currently available at our Blacktown facility. Storage Consultants play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the store, collaborating with the management team to achieve excellent store performance and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities encompass customer sales, service, administrative support, and facility upkeep, with prospects for professional development in each of these areas.

Working Hours

• Part-time
• Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
• 20.5 hours per week

Store Operating Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
• Saturday: 9am - 3pm

Some flexibility in working hours may be required for this position.

Requirements

• A willingness to acquire new skills related to sales and customer service, with training provided.
• Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently or with guidance.
• An enjoyment of problem-solving and taking responsibility for tasks.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating an above-and-beyond attitude and work ethic.
• Enthusiasm as a team player with a practical approach to a variety of tasks.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically fit.
• A driver's licence.
