Storage King is seeking a Storage Consultant to join our team in Fyshwick. This is a part-time, onsite position.

The Role: We have a part-time opening for a Storage Consultant in Fyshwick and Fyshwick East. Storage Consultants are integral to the daily management of the store, working collaboratively with the management team to achieve excellent store performance and customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass customer sales, service, administrative support, and facility maintenance, with opportunities for professional development in these areas.

Working Hours:

• Monday and Saturday: 13.6 hours per week
• Store operating hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 3pm
• Some flexibility will be required for this role.

What You Will Need:

• A willingness to acquire new skills in sales and customer service; training will be provided.
• Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently or with support and direction.
• Enjoyment of problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrated by an above-and-beyond attitude and work ethic.
• Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to varied tasks.
• Goal orientation and results-driven.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical fitness.
• A driver's license.
