We are launching our inaugural Arc'teryx outlet pop-up in Sydney, presenting an opportunity to contribute to a new phase for the brand. This role involves leading the team directly from the shop floor and fostering meaningful connections with our community from the outset.

Opportunity:
- Support the in-store experience during shifts, maintaining awareness of the sales floor.
- Provide floor leadership and ensure an exceptional guest experience by leading from the front.
- Communicate brand information and event details to the team and guests, encouraging participation.
- Coach and develop Product Guides to help them reach their potential and support store targets.
- Manage inventory to maximise sell-through, including receiving, processing, restocking, destocking, and visual merchandising.
- Utilise all available tools to manage store business operations, including sales targets, labour, and budget.
- Network with potential partners to support events and enhance brand engagement within the community.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Handle store phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Process guest transactions via the POS system, including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
About You:
- Possess one or more years of leadership experience and 1–2 years of retail experience.
- A natural leader motivated by helping others unlock their full potential.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Skilled in seeking and providing relevant feedback, coaching, and development in real-time.
- Comfortable adhering to and enforcing health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Proven ability to set a clear vision, align teams towards common goals, and foster commitment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt to daily business needs.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.

Important Information:
- Availability is expected for "Black Friday" (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December through the end of the holiday season.
- Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will perform additional projects, duties, and assignments as required or requested.
- A minimum of one opening shift, one closing shift, and one weekend shift per week is required.
- Availability must align with business needs, which may change at the Store Manager's discretion.
