Angus And Coote is seeking a full-time, on-site Store Manager for its Joondalup location.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting professional and personalised experiences for customers enhancing their jewellery and watch collections.
• Driving the store to meet KPIs and sales targets through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Recruiting, training, and coaching Team Members to excel in sales.
• Setting an example by achieving personal targets while consistently identifying opportunities to maximise store sales.
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation, in-store safety, and visual merchandising.
• Completing administrative and operational tasks for the store.
