Beacon Lighting is seeking a Store Manager for its Joondalup store in WA. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to lead store performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, with every second weekend off.

- Building strong trade relationships and growing engagement with the Retail & Trade Loyalty Program.
- Sharing expertise to assist customers with lighting and design decisions.
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Fostering accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Leading a culture of safety and wellbeing.
- Taking ownership of store operations, sales performance, and profitability.
