Store Manager - Birkenhead Point
R.M. Williams Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Store Manager for its Birkenhead Point location in Sydney, NSW. This is an onsite role.

The Store Manager will collaborate with their team to foster a profitable business and ensure the efficient daily operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the customer experience by ensuring customers are welcomed, provided with expert product knowledge, advice, and brand history.
- Actively selling products and cultivating relationships with new and existing customers.
- Contributing to sales targets and KPIs.
- Managing the team, which includes training, achieving sales targets, and supporting individual career development.
- Overseeing recruitment, staff onboarding, performance coaching, and scheduling to optimise the customer experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a premium retail store, preferably within the apparel or footwear sector.
- A focus on customer experience, delivering exceptional service through sales, service, visual merchandising, operations, and leadership.
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop with curiosity.
- Proficiency in all forms of communication, fostering a welcoming, driven, and curious culture for both the team and customers.
