Blue Illusion, an Australian-owned fashion brand, is seeking a Store Manager for its Camberwell location. The company, established in 1998, has grown to operate eighty-seven stores across Australia and New Zealand, defining itself as a lifestyle brand centred on Family, Fashion, and Joie de Vivre. Inspired by French style and community strength, Blue Illusion aims to make women feel seen, supported, and beautiful through its collections and interactions.

This is a full-time, onsite position. The role involves leading a team to provide exceptional customer experiences and achieve commercial success. The proposed salary is $64,000 plus superannuation, with additional incentives and benefits. The work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service. Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
• Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community. Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic. Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
• Customer Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service. Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
