Store Manager - Liquorland Caringbah
Coles is seeking a full-time, onsite Store Manager for a brand new Liquorland store opening in Caringbah.

About the Role
Join Liquorland as a Store Manager and advance your retail leadership career with a prominent Australian liquor retailer. You will be responsible for creating appealing product displays, motivating your team, and cultivating a positive customer environment. Leveraging your experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors, such as retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, you will build relationships that ensure customer satisfaction. You will be part of a team focused on fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.
About You and Your Skills
- You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and a desire to learn about our products and develop within the company.
- You are sociable, enjoy interacting with people, and are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- You possess strong administrative skills, including payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and maintaining store organisation and visual appeal.
- Achieving store targets and increasing sales is a motivator for you.
- You hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or are willing to obtain one.
