Store Manager Burson Auto Parts Kilkenny Full-time, Onsite

We are seeking a driven and motivated Store Manager to join our team at the Kilkenny branch. In this pivotal leadership role, you will connect our business, our people, and our customers. Your responsibilities will include bringing the store’s business plan to fruition, focusing on driving profitability, managing financial performance, and leading a high-performing team. This is a hands-on position where you will coach and develop employees, address performance gaps, and lead with Burson’s core values. You will champion Burson programs, inspire your team, and achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes for your store.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch activities across sales, operations, administration, and leadership.
• Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand.
• Develop customer relationships and increase sales and branch profitability.
• Manage branch employees, including Parts Interpreters, Stores, and Delivery Staff.
• Take responsibility for OH&S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
• Perform administrative functions, including processing invoices, credits, and warranties.
• Work Saturday mornings as required.

Qualifications

• An ability to work within a driven and diverse team environment.
• Experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) is ideal.
• People leadership experience with the ability to engage and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
• Customer-focused with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded.
• A current full driver's license.
