BWS is seeking a Store Manager for its Margaret River location. As Australia's largest local bottle shop, with over 1,450 stores and 10,000+ team members, BWS is looking for a leader who embodies its values and makes every day an adventure.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire and develop the store team to achieve goals and perform at their best, using business programs and personal initiative.
• Promote a customer-centric, safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Complete and delegate daily tasks including inventory management, housekeeping, and team leadership, with a focus on driving sales and achieving budgets.
• Leverage people skills to foster exceptional customer and team experiences.
• Identify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
• Inspire customers and the local community by tailoring store presentation and activities.
