Job Description
This role involves leading store teams to deliver a distinctive customer experience. Responsibilities encompass driving sales objectives, overseeing the training and development of a cohesive team, and managing the daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for managing and leading your team daily, providing training, development, formal feedback, and performance reviews. The Store Manager is expected to set the direction for their store and drive performance across financial, customer, people, and compliance metrics.
As the Store Manager, you will:
- Ensure smooth store operations to contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Develop future leaders by training and coaching team members.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimise losses.
- Participate in store activities such as operating registers, stocking shelves, and merchandising special buys.
- Identify and propose areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage resources to achieve goals without compromising quality.
- Conduct interviews for prospective team members to support the Area Manager in recruitment.

Additional Information
- Salary: $103,200 - $109,200* per annum.
- Work Type: Full-time.
- Location: Clarkson.
- On-site: Yes.
- Hours: 45 hours per week contract.
- Remuneration: Includes superannuation and projected bonuses. Actual remuneration may vary based on location, contracted hours, and ALDI experience.
