You will lead by example, fostering an engaging store culture while taking responsibility for sales performance, visual presentation, and the overall customer journey. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance, achieve KPIs, and manage overall store profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated retail team through continuous training and support.
- Create exceptional styling experiences to build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Manage wages, rostering, and daily store operations.
- Execute outstanding visual merchandising and maintain high standards of presentation.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop future retail talent.
- Ensure operational compliance while upholding an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous Store Manager experience in fashion retail.
- A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop individuals.
- Experience in managing rosters, wages, and store performance.
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Confidence in managing performance and fostering a positive team culture.
- Visual merchandising experience with a keen eye for presentation.
