BEO is a health food retail business with multiple Sydney locations currently expanding. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee operations, guide our team, boost sales, and ensure exceptional customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functioning of the store.
• Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the store team.
• Manage inventory ordering and stock control.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Track sales figures and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Collaborate with senior management on store enhancement initiatives.
• Handle cash transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Experience within the health food retail sector.
• Proficient leadership and communication abilities.
• The capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
• Experience in managing labour expenses and inventory.
• Competency with computer systems.
