About the Role
Join Liquorland as a Store Manager and elevate your retail leadership with one of Australia's premier liquor retailers. You will be responsible for creating appealing stock displays, motivating your team, and cultivating a welcoming environment for customers. Leveraging your experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods environments (retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles), you will build strong customer relationships, ensuring positive experiences for all. About You and Your Skills
- You possess experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and are keen to develop your product knowledge and grow with us.
- You are sociable, enjoy engaging with people, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You are proficient in administrative tasks, including payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and maintaining store organisation and visual appeal.
- You are motivated by achieving store targets and increasing sales.
- You hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or are prepared to obtain one.
